Gretchen is responsible for researching, writing, and managing all grant opportunities at the local, state, federal, and national levels. These grants support various programs, general operations, and capital needs. Since joining TPPA in January of 2024, Gretchen has also taken on the oversight of sponsorships and advertising.
With over 20 years of fundraising experience, Gretchen has worked in higher education administration at institutions such as UNC Greensboro, The State University of New York, and St. Lawrence University. Her non-profit experience includes roles as Vice President of Development at United Way of Greater Greensboro, Director of Development at The American Heart Association, and Development Associate at Second Harvest Food Bank of NWNC. Additionally, she is a three-time award-winning Sales Manager for Aflac Insurance Company.
Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the Crane School of Music in New York and a Master of Arts from UNC Greensboro.
