The Creative Director collaborates with the Program Director to create an outline the premise and theme for the production.  This individual builds out the schedule for the rehearsal period.  The Director introduces the theme and works in collaboration with the entire Company to create production pieces for the show. This individual circulates during skit creation to challenge participants in their small groups to continuously refine their concepts.  This person is highly skilled at theatre arts & motivates & teaches cast members about stage presence, projection, skit content, acting skills, blocking and stagecraft.  Our Creative Director uses theatre games and vocal exercises to grow participant engagement and skill sets.  Additionally, our Creative/Music Director selects and teaches songs to the Company and works with individual cast members separately on vocals for solo performances.  Program performances are directed by this individual.  This position requires attendance at every rehearsal and performance.
