Expectations for Cast Members:

• Attend all scheduled rehearsals and performances on time, unless excused in advance by the director.
• Follow directions from directors and staff.
• Arrive ready to work with the appropriate footwear, clothing, and script/pencil.
• Treat fellow cast, crew, and staff with respect.
• All known scheduling conflicts must be submitted before casting. Unexcused absences or recurring lateness may result in a re-assignment of roles or removal from the production.
• Attendance at all Tech Week rehearsals and performances is mandatory. No exceptions will be made except for family emergencies or sudden illness.
• Stay in designated areas and follow all safety rules.
• Refrain from inappropriate language or behavior.

Attendance and Commitment Agreement

We understand that consistent attendance is essential for a successful production. We agree to attend all scheduled rehearsals and performances unless excused in advance by the director

Behavior and Conduct Agreement

We agree to uphold TPPA’s standards of behavior, including respect, cooperation, and a positive attitude. We understand that inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the production.

Safety and Supervision Rules
We understand and agree to the following safety rules:

• For the safety and protection of everyone, our policy requires at least two adults to be present during all youth activities.
• Minors must remain in supervised areas at all times.
• Dressing rooms will be supervised and follow privacy guidelines.

Communication Guidelines
We understand that all communication with minors will occur through parents/guardians or approved group channels. Private messaging between adults and minors is not permitted.

Media and Photography Consent
We grant permission for TPPA to photograph and record the cast member during rehearsals and performances for promotional and archival purposes.

Transportation Agreement
We understand if minors are in this production that TPPA staff and volunteers may not transport minors alone. All transportation arrangements must be pre-approved by a parent or guardian.

Health and Wellness Disclosure
We agree to inform TPPA of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect participation. We understand that TPPA staff cannot administer medication.
